TASTING NOTES:

• View: it has a dark, dense color.
• Nose: intense and complex aroma, which confirms its aging in quality oak: powerful aromas of blackberries and black currants with a depth of toasted notes that are mixed with very fine oak.
• Mouth: pleasantly full of tasting with concentrated flavors. It is evident that a wine of character and structure, but with a pleasant, meaty texture.

GRAPES:

• Tempranillo (85%), Graciano (5%), Garnacha (10%).

AGING:

• Aged for 12 months in French split (60%) and American (40%) oak barrels. They are 25% new barrels, 25% two-year barrels, 25% three-year barrels and 25% maximum four-year barrels.

WINE PAIRING:

• To accompany very tasty fish and tuna prepared in a slightly spicy tomato sauce, fine charcuterie (Iberian), all kinds of roasted, stewed or grilled meats, especially foie, beef sirloin, duck, partridge, game feather, strong and cured and also soft and semi-cured cheeses.
