A blend of fruit from the Barossa floor & Eden Valley, this Cab-Shiraz is aged 21m in 35% new French barriques & Hungarian hogsheads w. older French, American & Hungarian wood. Med ruby. Smoky cedar, concentrated black cherry, tobacco, oak spice, blackcurrant & cassis. Good fruit ripeness but already pretty developed.
